Somewhere along the Outer Banks, a mysterious serial killer is on the loose. The bloody massacre shocks the town, especially because of the strange, sinister occurrences surrounding the unfortunate turn of events. With smoky mirrors, bottles of rum, and old family heirlooms, it might not be a coincidence that the killings started on the anniversary of Blackbeard’s death.
